Za’atar Beet Labneh Dip

Bright, creamy beet labneh dip

 

Looking for a nutritious, bright and creamy dip to spread on toast or enjoy with crackers or fresh pita? This Za’atar Beet Labneh Dip has that and a hint of the Mediterranean flavors perfect for any season.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 box of Roasted and Peeled Beets

  • 2 Cloves Garlic

  • 1/2 cup walnuts

  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup

  • Lemon

  • 1/2 tsp Za’atar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 1/2 cups Labneh

MAKE:

  • Blend you ingredients together in a food processor or blender until creamy and bright pink

  • Add into your favorite serving bowl

  • Top with fresh dill, olive oil and salt

  • Serve with crackers or bread
