Za’atar Beet Labneh Dip
Looking for a nutritious, bright and creamy dip to spread on toast or enjoy with crackers or fresh pita? This Za’atar Beet Labneh Dip has that and a hint of the Mediterranean flavors perfect for any season.
INGREDIENTS:
1 box of Roasted and Peeled Beets
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 cup walnuts
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
Lemon
1/2 tsp Za’atar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups Labneh
MAKE:
Blend you ingredients together in a food processor or blender until creamy and bright pink
Add into your favorite serving bowl
Top with fresh dill, olive oil and salt
Serve with crackers or bread
