Sauté leeks, asparagus, garlic and green onion until caramelized - add squeeze of lemon + salt to taste. All ordered off @pinemelon_market!
Carrot Pesto /
Blend green parts from the tops of carrots with 1/2 cup of olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon, salt + pepper, 1 tsp of nutritional yeast and 1 tsp of pine nuts.
Pasta / I used @allgoodles macaroni but any pasta would be good with this
Combine, top with snap peas + arugula, and finish with lemon and a splash of @acidleague Garden Heat. Serve with grilled bread or pita at your next backyard bbq or park hang.
