Blueberry Chai Protein Bars
I found @truvani chai protein x blueberries to be the winners in my new go-to protein bars!
RECIPE:
Combine the following into a mixing bowl:
oats
hemp seeds
chia seeds
1/3 cup date syrup
nut butter
protein
@vitalproteins collagen powder
dried blueberries
Once a thick ball with little to no crumbing is formed, place into square dish with wax paper
Flatten until even across the dish
Add into fridge or freezer for 1 hour
Slice into any size bars or bites of your choosing
